DELIVERY TERMS :
Nous livrons en Autriche, en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas, en France, au Luxembourg et en Belgique. Chaque jour, nous livrons nos toiles et posters à de nombreux clients à travers ces pays.
Le délai de production et de livraison de nos toiles est estimé entre deux et trois semaines, selon le format.
Le délai de production et de livraison de nos posters est quant à lui estimé à un peu moins d’une semaine.
Ces délais peuvent varier en fonction d’événements extérieurs, comme par exemple : grèves, jours fériés…
RETURN POLICY :
Right of withdrawal
Private customers have a period of fifteen (15) days from the delivery of their order to return, at their own expense, any products that do not suit them, in accordance with Article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code (except for discounted products), for exchange or refund. The price of the product and any delivery costs will be refunded. Only the cost of returning the product is payable by the consumer. Returns should be sent to:

If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The product returned at the customer’s expense must be returned in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use, and documentation. The product must also be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
It must not have been used, must not have suffered any damage, however slight, and must be in a perfectly clean condition. Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, sent carriage forward or insufficiently stamped by the customer will be accepted, but the company will deduct the corresponding legal amount from the refund.
Exercising this option will not result in any penalty for the customer, except for the full cost of return shipping. The risks and dangers associated with returning the products ordered are borne entirely by the customer.
The refund of the price after withdrawal will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following receipt by united61.com of the returned goods. To this end, the customer will provide united61.com with their bank details.
Refunds can only be made by united61.com. Any unjustified bank withdrawal by the customer leading to a debit from the k-Publishing account will be subject to legal proceedings.
